Parties to Transactions Food Marketplace
foodfullstop.com provides the website in order to facilitate transactions between customers and suppliers of food and drink products. When a sale is transacted the parties to the contract of sale are the customer and the supplier, as detailed on the invoice email. foodfullstop.com is not a party to the contract and itself makes no supply of goods.
Your remedy in the event of breach of contract is against the supplier of the goods and not against foodfullstop.com. We will undertake to assist in the resolution of problems, should they occur, and customers should contact us via the website in such instances.
Parties to Transactions Other Areas
In some instances, for example the supply of kitchen equipment, foodfullstop.com may itself make the supply of goods to the customer. In such instances, foodfullstop.com will be a party to a contract of sale.
In all instances the party making the supply of goods to the customer will be detailed on the invoice email.
Your Details
You must provide us with details as requested in order to create a customer account. We will handle these details in a secure manner as explained in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the security of your login details.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and conduct transactions on foodfullstop.com.
We reserve the right to suspend an account holder's use of the site for any reason
Products for Sale
Product descriptions are provided by the suppliers of the products and, whilst we require that such information is accurate, we are not responsible for errors.
Likewise, pricing is the responsibility of the supplier of the products. We are not responsible for pricing errors. In the event of product mis-pricing, we will contact you on behalf of the supplier and inform you of the error and the correct pricing. You will have the opportunity to accept or reject the goods at the correct price. If you choose to reject the goods the contract will be cancelled and any monies you have paid will be refunded.
In the event that you receive a product for which you have been charged an erroneous price, we reserve the right to charge you the correct amount. Again, we will contact you before we do this.
It is also the responsibility of the supplier to update their product availability. In the event of an order being placed that cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be fulfilled within the advertised timeframe, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the situation. We may offer you an alternative product. You have no obligation to accept an alternative product and, if you choose to reject the offer, we will attempt to arrange for the delivery of the originally ordered product within the statutory delivery period. If we cannot arrange this, any monies already paid will be refunded.
All weights of products displayed on the website are approximate and due to the nature of the commodities may vary slightly.
Delivery Times
Delivery Times given are estimated, but not guaranteed. Neither foodfullstop.com nor its suppliers accept any liability in respect of delays incurred in the delivery of your items.
In the event that a supplier or we become aware of a potential delay, we will attempt to contact you. We may, at our discretion, refund monies paid where the estimated delivery period cannot be met. We will always refund any monies paid where the statutory delivery period cannot be met.

Terms & Conditions (Customer & Seller)
VERSION OCTOBER 2006
These Terms & Conditions constitute a contract between you (the customer) and the seller (also referred to elsewhere as the supplier or producer). This contract governs your relationship with the seller of the goods.
You are reminded that when you commit to purchase by entering your credit card details you create a binding contract between yourself and the seller of the goods. There is no Contract of Sale between Food Full Stop Ltd and you, except in the event that foodfullstop.com itself is selling the products. For the avoidance of doubt, the contract exists between you and the party listed on the sales invoice email as the seller of the goods. Committing to purchase requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and at that point you become a party to this contract with the seller. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and are not binding. References to 'Goods' shall include 'Services' and vice-versa. These Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time. You must read them carefully before committing to purchase. You have the right to cancel this contract within seven working days of delivery of your order in respect of non-perishable goods. You cannot cancel this contract in respect of perishable goods except where the goods are received in unsatisfactory condition.
Payment & Price
All prices are in Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at varying rates, where applicable, unless otherwise stated. In the event of product mis-pricing, foodfullstop.com will contact you on behalf of the seller and inform you of the error and the correct pricing. You will have the opportunity to accept or reject the goods at the correct price. If you choose to reject the goods the contract will be cancelled and any monies you have paid will be refunded. In the event that you receive a product for which you have been charged an erroneous price, we reserve the right to charge you the correct amount. Again, foodfullstop.com will contact you before this is done. You must check the invoice email that is sent to you after committing to purchase. You must contact foodfullstop.com through the 'Contact Us' section of the website immediately if there are any errors on the invoice email.
Fulfilment
In the event of an order being placed that cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be fulfilled within the advertised timeframe, foodfullstop.com will attempt to contact you and inform you of the situation. You may be offered an alternative product. You have no obligation to accept an alternative product and, if you choose to reject the offer, we will attempt to arrange for the delivery of the originally ordered product within the statutory delivery period. If we cannot arrange this, any monies already paid will be refunded and this contract will be cancelled. All weights of products displayed on the website are approximate and due to the nature of the commodities may vary slightly.
Delivery
Delivery Times given are estimated, but not guaranteed. Neither foodfullstop.com nor its suppliers accept any liability in respect of delays incurred in the delivery of your items. If you are unable to receive your delivery in person, the courier may leave it in a suitable place (eg with a neighbour, in your porch). Neither foodfullstop.com nor its suppliers accept any liability in respect of orders that have been left in such places. In the event that we become aware of a potential delay, foodfullstop.com will attempt to contact you. foodfullstop.com may, at its discretion, refund monies paid where the estimated delivery period cannot be met. Any monies paid will always be refunded where the statutory delivery period cannot be met.
Unavailability
The seller has the right to cancel this contract if it is unable to fulfil your order due to unavailability of products beyond its reasonable control and will have no liability to you whatsoever for any losses or inconvenience incurred.
Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery to the address specified in the order, whether or not you are there to receive the goods.
Miscellaneous
The seller shall not be liable for any delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement from any instance of force majeure, that is any cause beyond its reasonable control. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the seller in connection with sales made through foodfullstop.com. Any failure by the seller to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of this agreement is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full force. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement save in relation to the seller's statutory liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury or for fraud. Food Full Stop Ltd Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, in the event that you wish to return something, or believe it is not as it should be, please observe our Returns Policy. Perishable Goods such as fresh food are specifically excluded from the Right to Cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. You must therefore ensure that you want the product which you order as you will not be able to return it for a refund simply because you have changed your mind. If you believe that a perishable product is in unsatisfactory condition on arrival, you should contact us immediately via the website. We may request that you return the item to the supplier or us (at their/our expense). Alternatively we may request that you make the product available for inspection by our agent.
For non-perishable items, you shall bear the cost of any product returns except where the product is faulty or in unsatisfactory condition. You should return items within their original packaging. If you wish to return an item to us, you must notify us within seven days of receiving the goods, either by email, telephone or post to our registered address. The relevant contact details can be found in the 'Contact Us' section of the website. We will tell you to what address to return the goods. Returned goods must be received within fourteen days of delivery. We will then refund the full amount paid by you as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty days.
