
Michael and Debbie Leviseur are winners of the Soil Association's Organic Food Awards and have received Gold from the Great Taste Awards. They are also one of Rick Stein's "Food Heroes." This award-winning organic smokehouse is near Ludlow in Shropshire. They use a traditional, slow smoking process with no mechanical intervention to create a greater depth of flavour. The smoking wood comes from naturally fallen oak from local estates.

There are about 500 olive trees varying from 30 to 300 years old. The olive groves have been registered organic for 15 years. Harvesting of the olives is completely manual. This lovely green oil is fantastic for salad dressings or simply served with sea salt and ciabatta bread.
