From a small flock, locally reared on clover rich pastures supplemented by home-grown wheat to produce a flavoursome bird with succulent and moist meat. Provides the perfect fat for cooking roast potatoes. Your card will only be charged for the weight of the bird dispatched. Geese are £12.50/kg

1x Organic Turkey (approx weight 4.5kg upwards) More information... The Bronze turkey is a traditional breed renowned for its excellent flavour and texture. Our turkeys have been reared from one day old at Bickham Farm, ranging in our orchard during the day and housed in a spacious barn on a deep bed of straw at night. Rearing turkeys on an organic free range system allows them to mature slowly with the freedom to roam and eat a more varied diet. They will be hand plucked and hung, further enhancing their flavour, and presented dressed with giblets included. Your card will only be charged for the weight of the bird dispatched. £11/kg for Turkeys. They are priced at £11.00/Kg (£5.00 per lb) and will weigh from 4.5Kg (10 lb) upwards.

Orders to be placed with us by 12pm on Wednesdays. They will then be collated and despatched by courier on Thursday to arrive with the customer on Friday.
