500g Sardinian Olives
More information...
The Bosana olive is considered one of the best in Italy, and it just so happens to be a speciality of Sardinia.
The Cocco family save the fruit of the best olive groves for the table. They preserve these medium-size gems in the most traditional way with salt and water.
They are mostly green, with a few brown and black ones in the mix. They are tasty, crunchy and quite bitter, as good for eating straight from the dish as they are for cooking.
Ingredients: Mixed olives, sea salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid, wine vinegar
