Elan Valley Mutton comes from Henfron Farm in the Elan Valley, Wales. Their mutton box is from their Welsh Mountain flock. These sheep have been allowed to mature slowly on the moorland pastures and herb-rich hay meadows. They are bursting with flavour and are particularly good for casseroles and roasts.
