Our salmon are reared in the open sea of the coast of Unst in the Shetlands and Little Bernera in the Outer Hebrides. Many years experience of smoking allows us to adjust the smoking times of each batch slightly to take into account variations in both air temperature and atmospheric conditions. The end result is a smoked salmon of the finest quality, where the sweetness of the oak smoke compliments the delicate natural flavours of the salmon.

A splendid combination. Makes an excellent cheese and chutney sandwich.

A rich dark cordial made with real elderberry juice (supposed to be very good for colds and flu), blackberry and orange juices plus lots of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Makes a superb toddy like non-alcoholic mulled wine with hot water or a hot punch with rum!
