We care about animal welfare and we also believe that healthy, happy animals allowed to mature at their own pace, taste better. We've carefully sourced producers of rare or heritage breeds that thrive in non-intensive, natural farming environments.

Delivery
What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
Customers are often not at home when their delivery arrives. This is not a problem. Ideally you should leave an address where the parcel can be signed for.
But if you don't think you'll be in, don't forget to fill in the special delivery instruction box so the courier can leave it in your porch, by the back door etc.
For smaller packages, some people just have it delivered to their work address, a friend or neighbour or even a local shop.
When will I receive my order?
Generally orders take between 1 and 3 working days, but each of the producers has a different time scale for delivery. See the delivery information for each
producer in the pop-up box on the right hand side of their page.
My order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?
This is very infrequent but packages can get lost; if you haven't received your order, please contact help@foodfullstop.com and we will track it for you immediately.
Payments, Returns and Refunds
Which payment system do you use?
We use PROTX who are consistently rated the best PSP (payment services provider). Your card data is passed direct to their secure servers, and
never held on our servers. PROTX are very reliable and use military-spec encryption to protect your data.
What happens if I don't like my order?
This is an extremely unlikely event of course! It is important to remember that food is perishable and it is not an easy thing to return. Make sure
you are happy with your choice before buying. However, if there is something specifically wrong with your purchase please contact help@foodfullstop.com
and we will endeavour to sort the problem out or refund your money. Once a refund has been made, please allow up to 5 working days for your account to
be credited. You can view our Returns Policy here .
I am having trouble adding products to my basket. What's the problem?
foodfullstop.com uses cookies to store the contents of your shopping basket (with a life of 24 hours) while you are browsing the site. A cookie is a small piece of information that a web sever temporarily
stores on your computer to identify which computer it is communicating with. It's like a temporary ID card that can only be read by the server that issued it.
These days all browsers allow cookies by deafult as it's not a security risk. However some over-zealous security software programmes block cookies.
But you need cookies for foodfullstop.com and most other websites.

If this still doesn't work, try switching off any privacy service you may have enabled (but don't turn off your firewall or anti-virus!). Or try using Mozilla Firefox (Google It - it's free and better than Internet Explorer).
