The Organic Smokehouse

Michael and Debbie Leviseur are winners of the Soil Association's Organic Food Awards and have received Gold from the Great Taste Awards. They are also one of Rick Stein's "Food Heroes." This award-winning organic smokehouse is near Ludlow in Shropshire. They use a traditional, slow smoking process with no mechanical intervention to create a greater depth of flavour.
