The various tenant farms that make up Atholl Estates, centred on Blair Castle near Pitlochry in Perthshire, have come together to sell their superb organic beef and lamb. They employ traditional methods of animal husbandry, taking the long term view that the meat will taste better. This view is superbly borne out in the quality of their delicious meat.
